• Terms begin, 3rd Monday, Jan., April, July & Oct.
• Motion Day, 3rd Wednesday of each month, 9:00 a.m.
• Grand Juries, 1st day of Term.
• Misdemeanor appeals day, 1st Monday of each month.
• Praecipes must be filed not less that 7 days preceding Motion Day.
• Court convenes 9:00 a.m.
• Local rules adopted pursuant to Section 8.01-4.
• Clarke County mails the final orders to the attorneys and unrepresented parties, or if requested, we fax the orders.
