Terms of Court and General Information

• Grand Juries held and Term begin 2nd Thursday in January, April, July & October at 9:00 a.m.
• Cases are set on Term day by praecipe.
• Court convenes at 9:00 a.m.
• Criminal Docket every Thursday and the 3rd Tuesdays of the month.
• Civil Docket every Monday and the 1st and 5th Tuesdays of the month.
• Motions are scheduled through Clerks office.
• Judicial Settlement Conferences coordinated through Judges chambers.
• Estate/Probate matters handled by appointment.
• Last recording is completed by 3:45 p.m.
• Orders are sent to attorneys by email. Please provide a valid email address for all parties or provide a self-addressed stamped envelope.
• Fax ONLY time sensitive documents, it is not necessary to fax AND mail every pleading.
