Continuance Policy
GENERAL DISTRICT COURT: Criminal & Traffic - With approval of the Court. Civil - Uncontested cases may be continued once by the Clerk, if the parties are in agreement; otherwise by the Judge. J&DR DISTRICT COURT: Request for continuance must be by written motion and will only be granted for good cause shown.
