DRESS CODE POLICY: ***APPROPRIATE DRESS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL COURT PROCEEDINGS*** - Trousers are to be worn at the waistline - Shirt tails are to be tucked in - Shoes must be worn at all times - No flip flops, shorts, strapless dresses, halters, tank tops, bare midriffs/stomachs/backs, plunging necklines, muscle shirts or one shoulder tops - No exposed underwear - No sleepwear or miniskirts - No clothing shall display vulgar, obscene, or offensive language - No cell phones or electronic devices - No hats, headscarves, headbands, or kerchiefs may be worn - religious and medical exceptions apply - No food, drinks or chewing gum

In traffic and criminal cases, one continuance granted by Clerk; subsequent continuances granted by Judge. In civil cases, continuances granted by Clerk upon agreement of all parties.
