Lee County Sheriff's Department Deputy Cases
   9:30 a.m./10:30 a.m.: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Wednesday of each month
Lee County Sheriff's Department Investigator Cases
   9:30 a.m./10:30 a.m.: 4th Wednesday of each month
Town of Jonesville Police Officer Cases
   1:00 p.m.: 1st Wednesday of each month
Town of Pennington Police Officer Cases
   1:00 p.m.: 3rd Wednesday of each month
Citizen's Criminal Complaints (People v. People)
   1:00 p.m.: 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Monday of each month
All Civil Cases (Including Small Claims)
   1:00 p.m.: 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month

   You may perform community service to satisfy court fines and 
   costs.

Continuance Policy

Traffic Cases - first continuance granted by the clerk. All other cases - continuance granted at Judge's discretion upon timely motion.
