Continuance Policy
Criminal case continuances require review by judge and approval upon good cause only. Traffic case continuances for first time appearances may be granted by clerk's office when on summons only with good cause. Civil case continuances may be granted by the clerk's office when consented to by all parties for good cause shown, up to & including the second continuance request. Any further continuance requests shall be decided by the Court. All such requests shall be in writing.
