   1:00 p.m., Civil Cases (2nd Friday Each Month)
     Any contested civil cases expected to last longer than one 
        hour will be set for a fifth Friday.
     Any questions about the docket changes may be directed to the 
        clerk listed above.

Continuance Policy

Traffic - First continuance granted by Clerk; subsequent continuances by Judge. - Criminal - First continuance granted on approval of Commonwealth's Attorney; subsequently with approval of Court. - Civil - First continuance agreeable to all parties granted by Clerk; otherwise by Judge.
