Civil Docket - 1st, 3rd & 5th Mondays 9:00 a.m., Warrant in Debts & Warrant in Detinues 9:30 a.m., Small Claims 10:00 a.m., Summons for Unlawful Detainers 11:00 a.m., Garnishments (Every Monday & appearance not required) 1:30 p.m., Attorney collection cases on the 1st Monday only **To dispute a civil claim, you must appear on the return date or submit your request in writing for the Judge to decide. **Please call the Clerk's office to get contested civil times. **If any paperwork is sent in with an incorrect court date, it will be mailed back to be corrected. Deadline to file protective order petitions is 3:00 p.m. Traffic & Criminal Docket Local Officers and Game Wardens* - Every Tuesday 8:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m. & 1:30 p.m., Unrepresented cases 9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m. & 2:00 p.m., Represented cases *2nd Tuesday only for Game Wardens State Police - 2nd, 3rd & 4th Fridays 8:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m., Unrepresented cases 9:30 a.m. & 2:00 p.m., Represented cases Advisements - 2nd, 3rd, 4th Fridays at 11:00 a.m. **Video advisements for incarcerated defendants are scheduled daily on an as needed basis. Dress Code: No shorts, halter tops, tank tops, bare midriffs/stomachs, cut-offs, hats, or bedroom slippers.
Continuance Policy
First continuance granted by the Clerk's Office for traffic/criminal cases. Any further continuances must be requested in writing and approved by the Judge. CIVIL: To continue a civil case, all parties must be in agreement.
