Continuance Policy
Continuances granted by Judge on motion. Traffic infraction 1st appearance - Clerk's office. This court follows the Supreme Court guidelines to have 90% of criminal cases adjudicated or otherwise disposed within 60 days of arrest; 100% within 90 days. A request for a continuance beyond this time will require the personal appearance of the attorney for defendant and/or Commonwealth's Attorney.
